Mustache for making your own
And this is how it works for 2 people as a meal or 6 as appetizers:
1 large panino (which is easier to place than the narrow French baguettes) cut in half.
250 g of brown mushrooms clean and slice. Wash 1 bunch of plain parsley , shake dry and chop roughly. 1 lemon squeeze. Peel 2 - 3 garlic cloves and finely chop. Mix everything in a bowl, season with salt & pepper and marinate for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees .
Drizzle the panino halves with a little olive oil and garnish with the parsley mushrooms. Slice 4 slices of strong cheese (for example, good Edammer or mountain cheese) and spread on the halves. Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted and slightly browned.
Allow to cool briefly before serving. If the baguettes are to be served as nibbles, cut into pieces.
Tip: If the dishing of the finished baguette is too tiring for you, cut it sliced the Panino for proofing. Then continue as in the recipe.
